Maybe you should tell us how to cook the noodles too? That might make it a little more difficult...Seriously, I've never made these and I know Dave likes them, so thanks for the recipe!
Mine is almost identical, but instead of the beef broth and one can of mushroom soup, I use two cans of golden mushroom soup and some water to make it into a gravy. So, mine is thicker than what yours looks like. We serve over mashed potatoes, and usually corn on top of that, so we like it to be thicker.
